Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between PONERIAN LLC and the merchant that installs or uses SceneThread. By using SceneThread, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

SceneThread finds a store's products in its videos and shows them to shoppers as the video plays. It suggests moments and products, the merchant checks them, and only approved moments show to shoppers.

The matching is done by AI and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing each film before you make it active.

You keep all rights to the videos and product content you provide. You give PONERIAN LLC permission to store, process and display that content only to provide SceneThread to you. You must have the rights to every video you upload, including the people and music in it.

You are responsible for your store, your products and prices, and following the laws that apply to your business. You must not misuse SceneThread, try to get around its security, or use it for anything unlawful.

SceneThread depends on Shopify and on infrastructure providers that PONERIAN LLC does not control. Their availability can affect SceneThread. SceneThread is not endorsed by Shopify.

Plans and prices are shown in the app and on Shopify's approval screen. Shopify bills plan fees and any extra processed minutes, up to the monthly limit you approve. Development stores are not charged. You can change plans in the app at any time, and cancel by uninstalling the app. Charges already made follow the billing terms you approved.

We work to keep SceneThread secure and available, but it is provided as available. To the extent the law allows, PONERIAN LLC does not promise that SceneThread will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every store.

To the extent the law allows, PONERIAN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from SceneThread. PONERIAN LLC's total liability is limited to the fees you paid for SceneThread in the six months before the event that led to the claim. These limits don't apply where the law does not allow them.

You can stop using SceneThread at any time by uninstalling it. PONERIAN LLC may suspend or end access for misuse, security risk, nonpayment, or a serious breach of these Terms. We may update these Terms when SceneThread or the law changes. Using SceneThread after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
